Four rooms, five minutes from the Grand Canal

Casa Bora is a small house with four rooms in the Borgo Teresiano, the district laid out under Empress Maria Theresa around Trieste’s Grand Canal. The whole centre is walkable from here: Piazza Unità d’Italia and Molo Audace are about twelve minutes away, the central station eight.

The rooms are simple and thoughtfully furnished, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. There is no reception desk: we welcome you in person, show you around and stay reachable by phone or WhatsApp throughout your stay.

It is an easy base for taking Trieste at your own pace: a coffee in one of the historic cafés, a walk along the waterfront, a day between Barcola and Miramare or up on the Karst plateau. You will find our ideas in the guides.
